24/7 SUPPORT ACTIVE

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

LNC DATA LLC (“LNC DATA”, “we”, “us”) provides managed IT services, cybersecurity,
and technology support to dental practices from Concord, California. This Privacy Policy
explains how we handle information collected through our website, lncdata.com.
It does not replace the confidentiality and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) terms that
govern the practice data we handle when providing services to our clients.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, call us, or
email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, practice name,
email address, telephone number, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect
standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type,
device type, pages viewed, and the referring page.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to operate the site and to understand how it is used.
These include:

  • Essential — a cookie consent preference record, so we remember
your choice. It is retained for 30 days.
  • Comments — if you post a comment, cookies may remember your
name, email address, and website for your convenience. These last for the session.
  • Statistics — Google Analytics cookies (for example
_ga, _gid, and _gat) help us measure traffic and
improve the site. These are set only when statistics cookies are accepted.

You can accept, reject, or manage these categories at any time through the cookie
preference banner, and you can also control cookies in your browser settings. For the full
list of cookies and their durations, see our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
  • To protect the security and integrity of our systems.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact form
details for unrelated marketing.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business —
for example website hosting and analytics — and only to the extent needed for that
purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements,
or to protect the rights and safety of our clients and staff.

5. Client practice data

When we manage IT systems for a dental practice, we may access systems that contain
protected health information. That information is handled under our agreement with the
practice and under applicable law, including HIPAA, not under this website policy. We access
such data only as necessary to deliver the services, and we do not use it for any other
purpose.

6. Data retention

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business
records, and we delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required. Cookie
durations are listed above and in our Cookie Policy.

7. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the
information we hold, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute
security.

8. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information
we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to ask us to delete or correct it, and
to request that we do not sell or share it — we do not sell personal information. To
exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against
you for exercising them.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and
update the effective date above.
